Rules that apply to all classes:

 

  • No slicks or hard radials – Must be DOT.  No Pro Drag Radial allowed
  • Mufflers required.
  • Must have all accessories from factory AC/PS etc. - except for Outlaw Street.
  • All lights must work – head lights, turn signals, etc.
  • Full factory interior – except Outlaw Street.
  • Stock style suspension – No ladder bar or 4 link set up, etc.
  • Peer tech'ing only – No tear down.
  • Fuel injected – No carbs.
  • Must wear a helmet.
  • Any safety device is allowed.
  • No crossover engines: Ex:  Chevy to a Ford, etc. - except for Outlaw Street.
  • Must be a year correct engine for late model fuel injected computer controlled vehicles – except Outlaw Street.

Illegal examples:

’69 Camaro with an LS1

OR

’87 Mustang with mod motor, etc.

  • Must have all factory glass and working windows
  • Max tire – 29” tall
  • Pure Street, Street Modified and Super Street must have exhaust extending to at least behind rear axle.
  • No removing of bumpers or anything to save weight - except for Outlaw Street.
  • License plate required.
  • Line locks and rev limiters allowed.
  • Stock wheel tubs - except Outlaw Street.

 

ANYTHING MISSED IN RULES WILL BE RULED UPON BY TECH AND TRACK MANAGEMENT ON RACE DAY.  ANY QUESTIONS – CALL

These are new classes and we are learning as we go.  We will change rules at future races if need be. The goal of this race is to give late model fuel injected cars a place to race in a heads-up environment.

 

 


Pure Street

This is a class for daily driven vehicles with minor bolt-ons.

 

  • Bolt-ons allowed.  Headers, throttle body, ram/cold kits, rocker arms, gears, any wheels, regulator, fuel pump, Mass air allowed.
  • Mufflers and with exhaust extending to rear axle minimum.  No cut outs allowed.
  • Factory transmission.
  • Factory rear end.  Any gears.
  • No power adder – even factory installed.
  • Factory engine – Stock block, heads, cam and intake required.
  • Factory body – No modification to fender wells.
  • Factory ecm/computer chips, programmers, tune upgrade allowed.
  • Factory fuel injectors required.
  • No fast, big stuff, or after-market management system allowed.
  • Factory engine and size.
  • Any converter.
  • Stock style suspension.
  • Adjustable control arms allowed.
  • Performance shocks and struts allowed.  
  • No rear coil overs.
  • Factory front end.
  • Do not have any parts of a nitrous kit on car.  Period.
  • Factory gas tank.
  • Must have all accessories from factory AC/PS etc.
  • All lights must work – head lights, turn signals, etc.
  • Full factory interior including back seat.
  • Peer teching only – No tear down.
  • Any rule outlined in Rules for all Classes applies to this class.

 


 

Modified Street

This is a class for modified daily driven vehicles, no power adder street cars.

 

  • No power of any kind, including factory.
  • Mufflers and with exhaust extending to rear axle minimum.  No cut outs allowed.
  • Factory transmission, upgrades allowed. No PowerGlides.

Example upgrades:

Factory 700R4 to a 4L80E or Turbo 400

OR

Factory 5 speed to a Tremac

  • Any convertor allowed.
  • Rear axle upgrades allowed such as 7.5 to a 12 bolt or 9 inch.
  • Factory type engine – aftermarket intake, cams, heads, stroker kits allowed.
  • Factory ECM/computer. Must have factory style fuel injection.
  • No aftermarket fuel managements. Fuel Injector upgrades allowed.
  • Do not have any part of a nitrous kit on car.  Period.
  • Factory gas tank.
  • Anything allowed in Pure Street is allowed in this class.
  • Any rule outlined in Rules for all Classes applies to this class.

 


 

Super Street

This is a class for modified daily driven cars with a single power adder running no quicker than 6.50 ET.

 

  • 1 power adder allowed – 1 turbo, blower, or 1 stage of nitrous – Buick must have 3 bolt turbo.
  • No open waste gates – must pass through the exhaust.
  • Mufflers and with exhaust extending to rear axle minimum.  No cut outs allowed.
  • Any intercooler.
  • Factory type engine. Same modifications allowed as Modified Street.
  • Tubular K-member allowed.
  • Stock ECM/computer.  Must have factory style fuel injection.
  • No aftermarket fuel management.  Piggy backs are allowed. One injector per cylinder, Fuel Injector upgrades allowed.
  • Factory transmission, upgrades allowed. No PowerGlides.

Example upgrades:

Factory 700R4 to a 4L80E or Turbo 400

OR

Factory 5 speed to a Tremac

  • Any convertor allowed.
  • Rear axle upgrades allowed such as 7.5 to a 12 bolt or 9 inch.
  • 6.50 ET Cap.
  • Factory gas tank.
  • No cutting of frame rails.
  • If you have a blower or a turbo – No part of a nitrous kit needs to be on your car.
  • Anything that is allowed in Pure Street and Modified Street is allowed in this class.
  • Any rule outlined in Rules for all Classes applies to this class.

 


 

Street Outlaw

There will be two outlaw classes.  This will be determined on ET.  We are hoping these will be 5.60 to 5.90 outlaw class and a 6.0 to 6.40 outlaw class. Track management will decide on race day on the ET Cap and how the classes will be separated based on car count and ET averages.

 

  • Any motor modifications allowed.
  • Any trans allowed.
  • Any rear ends allowed.
  • Maximum 325 wide tire.
  • Any fuel management – Fast or big stuff, etc.
  • Any electronics allowed.
  • All lights must work.
  • Multi power adders allowed.
  • Race seats allowed.
  • Must have mufflers with exhaust extending beyond driver seat.
  • Interior must have factory dash, factory looking door panels, all metal must be covered – no bare metal showing/by carpet or interior pieces.
  • Any rule outlined in Rules for all Classes applies to this class unless it specifies except Outlaw Street.
